Damaged Mirror, and Endless Exchanges at Ikea

I bought a mirror from IKEA, but it broke on the first delivery. Regardless of its condition, they expect us to repackage it and return it ourselves. They don't even include an invoice during the replacement process. In addition, I had to create and attach my own invoice online. I followed through, and the mirror had an unattached part in its connection on the second delivery. They suggested another replacement, but that would require me to disassemble the packaging all over again. I'll need to prepare the invoice and return it via courier. Dealing with a faulty product for 67 days is not what I signed up for. I don't want to deal with the hassle. I want you to correct your error.
