Hypnozio Cancellation Of Unauthorized Annual Subscription

I am writing regarding an unauthorized annual subscription charge from Hypnozio. This week my credit card was charged 82.50 USD on 12 July 2026 by HYPNOZIOCOM as a pending transaction for a one‑year subscription, even though I only intended to use a trial via the app. I started with a trial through the Hypnozio app and did not wish to continue with a paid annual subscription. When I noticed the yearly charge on my credit card, I immediately tried to contact you at [email protected] to cancel, but the email address is undeliverable and appears to have been deactivated. I therefore have no way to reach support from the contact information you provide. I request that this annual subscription be cancelled immediately and that the 82.50 USD charge be fully refunded to my credit card, and that no further automatic renewals or charges be made to my card in the future. I also request that you provide a valid and active support email address where I can contact you for any future issues.
