I paid $16 for a pair of Hummel 900908 sandals in White/Black from the Hummel store in Tavşanlı, Kütahya. The side began separating the second time I wore them. I never expected the product to deteriorate this badly after such limited use.

I returned the sandals to the store where I purchased them. However, after the inspection, they were sent back to me with the problem classified as “customer misuse.” I do not accept that sandals worn only twice could separate at the sides because of customer misuse.

I expect Hummel to stand behind a product that deteriorated so quickly. I am requesting that the sandals be recognized as defective and that Hummel provide either a replacement or a full refund.
