Huawei GT5 Pro Lacks Essential Features Like SOS and Fall Detection

I recently purchased the Huawei GT5 Pro smartwatch, trusting the brand and its reputation for cutting-edge technology. Living in an earthquake-prone region, I specifically chose this model expecting it to address the shortcomings of my previous smartwatch, especially with its advertised long battery life compared to competitors.

However, I am deeply disappointed to find that it lacks crucial features like SOS alerts and fall detection—features that were available in earlier Huawei models. It’s baffling that such basic safety functionalities are missing in a supposedly advanced device, reducing it to little more than a stylish accessory.

Huawei, I expected better from such a well-known brand. I demand an explanation for this oversight and urge you to address this gap in functionality promptly.
