HP Victus 15-fa1008nt Motherboard Burned Out And Needs Free Repair

I have an HP Victus 15-fa1008nt (7N9T3EA, i5-13500H, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, RTX 3050, 15.6" Full HD) laptop and its motherboard suddenly burned out while the device was not under any unusual use. Since 10.08.2026 the computer has been unusable and I can no longer benefit from it. I tried to reach HP and technical service regarding this problem but I could not get through and therefore did not receive any information or support. A motherboard failure occurring in this way on a device of this level and age is unacceptable to me. I request that my laptop be repaired free of charge under warranty or consumer rights and that the motherboard problem be resolved without any cost to me.
