Hotels.com Created an Unauthorized Reservation With My Card

Unauthorized access was made to my Hotels.com account or card information, and a reservation was created for Swandor Hotel Kemer for July 1–5, 2026, under reservation number 72075555434737. I noticed this transaction only after receiving an email notification and an SMS from my bank. At around 4:03 PM, I immediately contacted my bank and opened a cancellation/dispute request. I did not make this reservation, and the transaction was completed entirely without my knowledge or consent.
When I tried to contact Hotels.com afterward, the system forced me from the virtual assistant to live chat support. I explained the situation through live chat and requested that customer service call me directly. I was then given several phone numbers, but despite calling them repeatedly, the calls did not go through, and I was unable to reach any real representative.
My bank informed me that the dispute process may take at least 20 days to be finalized. However, the reservation begins in 15 days, which creates an urgent and serious problem for me. I cannot wait for a long bank investigation while an unauthorized hotel booking remains active under my name.
I request that Hotels.com urgently cancel reservation number 72075555434737, as it was created without my approval. I also request an immediate investigation into the unauthorized use of my account or card information and written confirmation that my payment details and account security have been properly reviewed.
