Hostinger Fails to Restore Five Client Websites After Account Suspension
I use Hostinger’s agency hosting plan to host numerous websites belonging to my clients. My account was suspended due to a delayed payment, and the website files were deleted during this process. After making the payment and reactivating my account, Hostinger restored only one website from the backup, while the remaining five websites are still offline.
These five websites have been inaccessible since September 1, following an issue that began on August 20. Since the websites belong to my clients, every day they remain offline causes significant business and reputational damage to both my clients and me. Their dissatisfaction is growing because they cannot access their websites, and my agency’s credibility is being undermined.
I have been trying to get support through Ticket No. 22235020, but to date, I have received neither a clear solution nor a concrete timeframe for resolving the issue. I am almost constantly redirected to an AI assistant through the support channel. Despite explaining the same problem in detail repeatedly, I cannot speak directly with an authorized human representative. At times, even people who join the conversation under a representative’s name seem to stall with scripted responses rather than genuinely taking responsibility for resolving the issue.
Additionally, there is no section in the dashboard where I can view my previous support tickets and conversations. Since I cannot access my previous ticket numbers or chat records, I am unable to track the progress of my case properly, which further aggravates the situation.
I demand that the remaining five websites be fully restored from backups as soon as possible, that the issue be handled directly by a human representative with the authority to resolve it, and that I be given a clear timeframe for completion. I also request access to my previous support tickets and correspondence through the dashboard. I expect this long-standing issue to finally be resolved permanently and satisfactorily.
