Hostinger Charges Customer for Unauthorized Hosting Subscription Renewal

On the evening of October 4, between approximately 7:00 and 8:00 PM, Hostinger charged my credit card approximately $140 for an annual hosting subscription without my knowledge or authorization. Despite having automatic renewal and automatic payment settings disabled in my Hostinger account, this amount was still charged to my card without any notification or warning. This is completely unacceptable.

Today is the last day of my credit card billing cycle, and this charge is about to max out my available credit limit. Being charged such a large amount without prior notice, even though automatic payments were disabled, has put me under considerable financial and emotional stress. The transaction is clearly visible in my Ziraat Bank mobile app, dated October 4, 2026, under [www.hostinger.com](http://www.hostinger.com), and in my Hostinger dashboard under payment ID h_5208**04.

I tried to resolve the issue by contacting support through the Hostinger dashboard. However, the system kept directing me to an AI assistant. When I tried to connect with a live customer service representative, I was repeatedly shown a “you are in the queue” message for approximately two hours, but I was never connected to anyone. Being unable to reach a real representative and feeling completely abandoned after such a significant charge has seriously damaged my trust in the company.

I demand that Hostinger immediately cancel this unauthorized $140 transaction, identified by payment ID h_5208**04, and refund the full amount to my credit card today. Otherwise, I will face further financial difficulties because my credit limit will be exhausted. I expect this unauthorized charge and the serious customer support failure to be investigated and resolved urgently, and I request a written response.
