Honor 600 Pro Has Dust Inside the Camera Lens

I purchased my Honor 600 Pro through Hepsiburada about two months ago. Although this model is advertised as being resistant to dust and water, I noticed about two weeks ago that there is a small speck of dust inside the main camera lens. Finding dust inside the camera of a device that is supposed to be dust-resistant was both surprising and very disappointing.

After discovering the issue, I contacted the KVK authorized service center in Manavgat, Antalya through its WhatsApp support line. However, I never received any response. I was not given any information about the issue or any instructions on how to proceed.

Since the device clearly does not appear to meet the advertised dust and water resistance standards, I believe this should be treated as a manufacturing defect. I request that KVK contact me as soon as possible to arrange a replacement for my device. At the very least, I expect a clear explanation of the issue and a prompt resolution to my complaint.
