Paint Removal Problem On Honda 2016 Civic Ignored by the Brand

Te brand's answer to the problem that my car's paint keeps coming off is not what I was expecting for sure as it's their reputation at stake... Even though they know what's wrong, they won't take credit for fixing it. They think this problem is made up, so they don't care about my worries at all. To fix the problem, they asked me to go to their service center, take a picture of the peeling paint, and send it to the plant as proof. But they didn't do anything, and they even charged me for the service without giving me an answer. If the brand keeps ignoring this problem and refuses to do anything about it, I will have to start the court process. It's disappointing that a company I trusted to fix and maintain my car doesn't take responsibility for its actions.
