My Honda Africa Twin 2020 L2 Motorcycle Lost Power, Warranty Not Granted

I own a Honda Africa Twin 2020 model L2 motorcycle. I applied to Konsuk authorized service on 01.02.2023 due to power loss on my motorcycle. My motorcycle was in service for about 2 months and it was determined that the power loss occurred due to the clogging of the catalytic convector in the exhaust section of the motorcycle. Honda Turkey warranty department decided that this blockage was caused by fuel and did not approve the replacement of the catalytic converter under warranty. Honda Turkey has not made any scientific and technical investigations on the catalytic converter in order to make this decision. This decision was made completely arbitrarily. Thereupon, at the exhaust service, I applied to have the convector cleaned by Honda, which was determined to be clogged, it was determined that the convector was not clogged, but melted; It is obvious that this is not a usage error but a production error. On the other hand, the authorized service said that 2 spark plugs could not fulfill their function, so they should be changed. According to the user manual, the spark plug replacement intervals are expressed as 48,000 km. A periodic spark plug change of my motorcycle was done at Honda Güngör service on 15.08.2022. Even though 15,000 km has passed, the loss of function of 2 spark plugs cannot be considered a user error. Despite reporting this situation, he said there was nothing to service. As I could not find a solution to my problem from the authorized service, I had to pay a labor fee of 8457,63 TL (1911 material amount). As a result, I will switch to another brand just because of this attitude of Honda. As it is said, there is no such thing as Honda's service network in Turkey is very wide and the warranty conditions are very good. I also applied to the Consumer Arbitration Committee regarding the issue. I will take it to the higher court according to the response.
