Honda Civic Seat Defect Complaint - My Request Was Denied

Despite having only 30,000 km on the clock, my 2021 Honda Civic Executive (license plate: 33kz222) has experienced significant deformation and seam separation in the front two passenger seats over the past year. I noticed this problem while it was still under warranty, but because I didn't anticipate it would progress to this point, I didn't bother contacting the service center at the time. As the problem worsened, I contacted both the authorized service center and Honda headquarters, but my request was denied because my car was over three years old and therefore no longer covered by the warranty. However, this type of leather seat issue is frequently mentioned by Honda users as a chronic problem. Given my low mileage and the fact that the problem began during the warranty period, I request, in good faith, that the front two passenger seats be replaced free of charge. I request that my issue be addressed and my grievance be addressed.

They didn't even bother to call.
