Accident-Related Delay in Repairing My 2021 Honda City Executive

Because of the delay in fixing my 2021 Honda City Executive (34 FAN *** plate), I'm posting to convey my frustration and inconvenience. My car was rear-ended on 02.13.2023 and required repairs. Upon arrival, I was informed by Mrs. Arzu at the Honda service center that they already had the required parts in stock and that the repair would take two to three days. When I called today to see how far along the repair was, I was told that it wouldn't be finished until April. My family and I depend on our car for most of our daily transportation, so this delay has been very inconvenient. Even though we were given a replacement car, we can only use it for a total of 15 days. Every day, I drive my son to kindergarten and then to work. When Honda is actively marketing the car, it's fine, but once the cars have been sold, nobody cares. If my concerns are not addressed, I will be forced to seek legal recourse.
