So, my Honda City had a little mishap and I took it to the service center on April 24th. It was still drivable though. So, the car got messed up pretty bad on the left side - headlight, bumper, and hood all took a hit. Wow, it's been almost 40 days and they still haven't gotten the parts yet. the front bumper is the reason for the holdup. The thing that really bugs me is that when I bought the car, Honda promised me that getting parts wouldn't be a problem. Man, I feel so ripped off by their bogus promises. I can't help but wonder how the heck I ended up in this mess. Dude, waiting 40 days for a front bumper is straight-up ridiculous. And to make matters worse, there's still no clear date on when the part will be available. hey're not being transparent and taking so long, there has to be something else.
