Delivery Delay of Replacement Parts by Honda's Authorized Service
On January 20, 2023, I was involved in an accident and left my car at Türkiye Bursa Honda İnallar authorized service. After the exper process was completed on January 30, materials were ordered, but unfortunately, the SRS brain part for airbags from abroad was not in stock. The part was ordered but not sent, and just yesterday, I was informed that the part will not arrive until April. This delay of over two months is unacceptable and unjustifiable. I have filed a complaint with Honda company, demanding that the spare part be sent as soon as possible and my vehicle be delivered promptly. It is incredibly frustrating to be left waiting for so long, with no solution in sight. As a customer, I deserve better service and prompt resolution to my issues. I want Honda to act right away to fix this problem and make sure spare parts are easy to find. I feel terrible about this problem.
