I Face Installation Error While Downloading Hiyo App on My Android Phone

I’ve tried to install the Hiyo app on my Android phone (Note 13 model) about ten times today, but the installation keeps failing. Each time I attempt to download it, I receive error messages such as “No internet connection” or “Try using Wi-Fi.”

Interestingly, when I tried installing the same app on another phone using the exact same internet connection, it worked without any problem. This proves that the issue is specific to my device, not the network.

I also tried clearing the Google Play Store cache and restarting my phone, but the error persists. Since the problem only occurs on my device, I am requesting technical support to identify and fix the cause of this issue so that I can successfully install the Hiyo app.
