HitBTC Deducted Nearly 1,000 USDT in Inactivity Fees Without Warning

I have been using a HitBTC account for several years from Iran, and I recently discovered that almost all of my balance has been taken as an inactivity fee without any prior notice. Due to internet lockdowns and severe access restrictions in Iran, I was unable to log in to my account for a long period. When I finally managed to access it after these restrictions eased, I was shocked to see that nearly 1,000 USDT had been deducted as inactivity fees and only about 8 dollars remained in my account. At no point was I informed by email or via the platform that such an inactivity fee would be charged or that my funds were at risk of being gradually deducted. If I had been clearly notified, I would have taken precautions, but in this case I was literally unable to access the service because of external access restrictions in my country. I believe it is extremely unfair that such a large amount has been taken from my account under these circumstances, and it feels like I have been robbed of my savings. I contacted HitBTC support and explained my situation in detail, including the internet lockdowns and my inability to access my account, but the only response I received was that the inactivity fee is not refundable. My special circumstances were completely ignored and no solution or goodwill gesture was offered. I request a full refund of all inactivity fees deducted from my account and the restoration of my original balance, as I could not be active on the platform due to reasons beyond my control and was never properly informed about these charges in advance.
