Hipp Organic Combiotic 1 Formula Caused Repeated Vomiting in My Baby

I purchased Hipp Organic Combiotic 1 infant formula from Amazon approximately 10 days ago and began using it for my baby. Each time I gave my baby this formula, my baby started vomiting approximately one hour after consuming it. This happened every time the formula was used. Because I became concerned about my baby’s health, I completely stopped using the product.

Due to the repeated vomiting, I took my baby to a doctor. The doctor advised me to stop using this formula immediately and stated that it would be better not to use it. I used only one package of the product. The expiration date on the package is December 13, 2027, and the batch/lot number is 1838649.

I request that the cause of the adverse reaction experienced by my baby be thoroughly investigated and that the product from the relevant batch be carefully examined. I also request a written explanation regarding the findings and a full refund for the product I purchased.

Since this concerns a product intended specifically for infants, I expect all necessary quality and safety checks to be carried out with the utmost care. I also request that appropriate measures be taken to prevent similar incidents and potential risks to other babies in the future.
