Hint App Keeps Charging Me Every 15 Days With No Active Subscription

On the Hint App, a payment is deducted every 15 days, even though I don’t recall subscribing to anything. When I contact support through the in-app help button and write that I want to cancel my subscription, the response says that no active subscription exists on my account.

I haven’t been able to find any clear information about how to cancel this recurring payment, and so far, no company representative has reached out to me.

I would like to know how this subscription can be canceled permanently and why payments keep being taken despite there being no active plan. I request an immediate solution and refund for the unauthorized charges.
