Hinge Complaint Regarding Account Ban
I am writing regarding the sudden removal of my Hinge account, which happened without any explanation. For the past two days, I have been unable to access my account, and I did not receive any clear reason or prior warning about this action. I have not made any payments on this account, but I have also not violated any of Hinge’s community guidelines or policies to my knowledge. Despite this, my account appears to have been removed or banned, and I have not been given any specific information about what, if anything, I supposedly did wrong. I contacted Hinge support, but I did not receive a proper or satisfactory response. I was not provided with a clear explanation or evidence for the decision, which is very frustrating and feels unfair. I kindly request that my Hinge account be reactivated as soon as possible, or that I at least receive a detailed explanation with concrete reasons and evidence for the account removal if Hinge believes there has been a violation. I expect this situation to be reviewed carefully and resolved promptly.
