I Face Noise Disturbance From Cocktail Festival at Adana Hilton Hotel

I stayed at the Adana HiltonSA between May 1 and May 4, 2025. On the evening of Saturday, May 3, the hotel hosted a cocktail festival that I was not informed about when making my reservation, nor was there any mention of it on the hotel’s website or social media pages. The event was announced to last until 1:00 AM on May 4 and caused significant discomfort and inconvenience to the hotel’s guests.

When I reported the issue to the reception desk to share my feedback, the only response I received was, “You’re right.” I am deeply disappointed by this experience. It is unacceptable that guests — especially those with children or health issues — were not considered when organizing such a noisy event.
