Hilton Garden Inn Ankara Refused Check-In Without Advance Payment
For nearly a year, our company has used Hilton Garden Inn Ankara Gimat to accommodate our guests. Typically, we would ensure the guests’ stay and settle the invoice afterward. However, for our recent reservation made over the phone, we encountered an unexpected and unprofessional issue.
Despite reserving rooms in advance, we were informed at the last minute that our guests would not be allowed to check in unless payment was made upfront. This was communicated to us late in the evening, causing significant inconvenience and embarrassment.
For a hotel of this caliber, such behavior is unacceptable. We no longer recommend Hilton Garden Inn Ankara Gimat and demand a resolution to ensure this does not happen again.
