I Paid for My Order But Never Received It and Aras Kargo Started a Return Without Telling Me

I’m extremely frustrated with Aras Kargo’s lack of transparency and delivery responsibility. My package has been sitting at the distribution branch for two days. Despite being marked as “loaded onto the vehicle,” it was never delivered. I contacted customer service and submitted a request, but I’ve received no response.
To make matters worse, the system suddenly shows that a return process was initiated — but no one informed me about this, and I still don’t know if the product is actually being returned or where it is. I paid for this item in full, yet I neither received the product nor got my money back.
This level of service is unacceptable. I demand a clear explanation and immediate action to resolve the issue — either deliver my package or refund my payment.

I called customer service 4 times, and each time they said a request was created and that someone in charge would call me to provide information. Five days have passed and still no one has called. There is still no progress regarding the situation. Result: I paid the money and Hepsijet confiscated my product.
