Hepsijet Returned Four Mobile Phones Unjustly Saying Business Closed

On November 9, four mobile phones I sent via Hepsijet were returned to the sender with the excuse that the “business was closed.” However, the delivery day was Sunday, our weekly holiday, and this was known in advance. The packages contained electronic devices meant for my customers, and due to this return, I suffered both financial and reputational losses. On November 10, 2025, at 12:35 p.m., I spoke with Ms. S****** from Hepsijet customer service. Despite explaining the situation in detail, I was told, “If the courier arrives and you’re not there, we return the package. We’re not required to call you; we might call if we want to.” Even after explaining that Sunday is a holiday for most people and businesses, I was told that the system didn’t recognize the address as a workplace. When I asked why my parcels were returned despite it being clear that the address was a business, I was told dismissively, “It’s up to us and our delivery staff in the area; we can return it if we want.” This careless and illogical attitude left me shocked and frustrated. I request that Hepsijet resolve this issue, resend my packages as soon as possible, and compensate for the losses I suffered.
