My order, expected on November 26, has yet to be delivered. For the last three days, the staff at Hepsijet have postponed my shipment, offering a range of excuses. They stated that the system was indicating red and not switching to green, which led to my package being deliberately marked for return. This situation is truly perplexing and completely unacceptable. I bought this product hoping for a prompt delivery, but I find myself waiting without any clear updates. It’s really disappointing to feel ignored while my order is being poorly managed.
