Hello Yo Account Banned: “Failed to Obtain User’s Information” Error

I am writing regarding my Hello Yo account, which has been banned for about one year. My Hello Yo ID is 1609789*** and my device is Xiaomi 11i. When I try to submit an appeal through the application, I receive the error “Failed to obtain user’s information” so I cannot even complete the appeal process. Dear Hello Support Team, I sincerely apologize for any mistake that may have caused my account to be banned. I never intended to violate the rules. Please kindly review my account again and give me one more chance. I promise to strictly follow all Hello community guidelines in the future. I kindly request that you review my account and remove the ban, or at least fix the appeal error so that I can properly submit my appeal and get clear information about the situation.
