Multiple blocks or reports from other users within a brief window can escalate this into longer-term restrictions.
Accounts can also stay restricted due to trust issues, including incomplete profiles, frequent language switching that triggers translation abuse flags, VPN or device/IP changes, or prior warnings that weren’t corrected. Even normal activity can be misread if messages feel unsolicited or repetitive.
To avoid staying blacklisted, users typically need to pause activity, stop mass outreach, interact organically, complete profile verification, and avoid VPNs.
