Hello Yo Account ID Banned for Serious Violations

I have been using the Hello Yo application for about six years and during this time I have spent a lot of effort and time building my account and relationships there. A few days ago my user account with ID 1544194*** was suddenly banned for “serious violations” when I tried to log in. Until this ban I had never received any previous warnings or penalties on the application and I was not informed clearly about what exact behaviour caused this situation. I am very upset and disappointed, because I have always tried to use the platform respectfully and I have invested many years into this account. I kindly request that my account be given one more chance and that the ban on my user ID be removed, or at least that the decision be reviewed carefully. I promise to follow all rules and community guidelines strictly so that such a problem will not happen again. I ask you to reconsider this sanction and help me regain access to my account.
