Hello Yo banned my account without explanation, how can I appeal and get it back?

If Hello Yo banned your account without explanation;

• Contact Hello Yo support via in-app support or official email and state that your account was banned without notice or reason
• Provide your user ID/username, registered phone number or email, ban date, device/region, and screenshots of the ban message if shown

Ask them to;

• Explain why the ban was applied and which rule or report triggered it
• Review your account activity and history
• Lift the ban or allow you to submit a formal appeal if no clear violation occurred

If the problem persists;

• Keep all emails, screenshots, appeal submissions and file a complaint on Xolvie to seek transparency, escalation, and possible account restoration
