My Hello Yo Account Was Banned

My Hello Yo account with ID 1607014*** has been banned and I believe this decision is a mistake. After I joined a group where some users were using bad words towards each other, I suddenly received the message “you could not login with this device since your account 1607014*** has been banned due to your serious violation if there is any query you can click here to make an appeal or mail to facebook.” I did not commit any serious violation and I think my account was wrongly associated with what was happening in that group. I request that my account be carefully reviewed, including my account creation details and the chat history, and that the ban be lifted as soon as possible. I would like to continue using Hello Yo, and I am asking for my account to be given back since the ban was not due to any intentional wrongdoing on my part.
