Head & Shoulders Clinical Strength Shampoo Causes Scalp Irritation
On July 14, 2026, I purchased Head & Shoulders Clinical Strength Dry Scalp Rescue shampoo from the P&G seller on Trendyol. I specifically chose this product because I have an eczema problem and trusted it because it is sold as a pharmacy product and is widely used for this purpose. I paid 803.57 TL for one bottle. My order number is 11411856217.
I used the product only twice, and afterward I began experiencing excessive hair shedding and developed crusted sores on my scalp. Instead of drying and improving, the sores became oozing and started producing discharge. Although I expected the product to help with my eczema, my experience was the opposite, and I suffered significant irritation and distress affecting my scalp. There was no way for me to know that I might experience such a reaction from the product without actually using it.
When I reported the issue through Trendyol and requested a return, I was told that a return would not be accepted because more than 15 days had passed. I have not only had to deal with a serious health-related problem, but I have also been denied a refund for the money I paid, with the only explanation being that “15 days have passed,” despite the significant reaction I experienced.
I request an unconditional refund of the 803.57 TL I paid for this product, which I believe caused significant problems for my scalp and hair after use. I also request that the seriousness of my experience be taken into consideration and that this case and the product be properly investigated.
