Head & Shoulders Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo Causes Severe Itching and Hair Loss

I bought Head & Shoulders' "Anti-Hair Loss for Women" shampoo with high hopes that it would reduce my hair loss and be good for my scalp; however, because of what I went through, I've stopped using this product entirely. Instead of moisturizing my hair, the shampoo dried it out like felt, leaving my strands completely dry and stiff.
The real problem started with my scalp. After using it, I developed intense itching and a rash on my scalp, to the point where the constant scratching throughout the day nearly turned into sores. This product, labeled "Anti-Hair Loss," actually started making my hair fall out in clumps, and the amount of hair loss became many times worse than what I normally experience. I can't accept that a product claiming to address dandruff and hair loss would irritate my scalp this badly and cause this much of my existing hair to fall out.
Once things got to this point, I went to see a dermatologist and had tests done. I've now stopped using the product completely and am keeping track of what's happening with my scalp. I had bought the product from a BİM store. Because of this product negatively affecting my hair health, I want both the harm I've experienced and the psychological distress I'm feeling to be addressed.
I'm requesting that the brand take this complaint seriously, that the necessary investigation into the product be carried out, that I receive a written explanation and response, and that the appropriate action be taken to resolve the harm I've experienced.
