HBO Max Subscription Was Opened Without My Permission Using My Name

I noticed that unauthorized charges were made through Iyzico from my Halkbank card for an HBO Max membership that I never used and never personally purchased. On April 7 and May 7, two separate charges of approximately $8 each were taken from my card. Even though I have absolutely no connection to these transactions, my name was improperly used through both Iyzico and HBO Max to process these payments, which caused me serious inconvenience and financial harm. I believe unjust profit has been obtained through these unauthorized transactions.

As soon as I noticed the situation, I contacted Halkbank. My card was closed immediately for security reasons, and a refund request was created. Despite this, it is completely unacceptable that a membership could be opened in my name and money withdrawn from my card without my knowledge or approval.

I request that Iyzico and HBO Max immediately cancel the HBO Max membership created using my identity, fully refund the total amount withdrawn from my card, and take all necessary security and investigation measures regarding these unlawful and unauthorized transactions.
