I Was Wrongfully Banned in Call of Duty Mobile Despite Playing Fairly
I have been playing Call of Duty: Mobile for a long time under the username b* on my Xiaomi Note 13 device, and I’ve spent approximately ₺7,000–₺8,000 in the game. However, at 11:43 p.m. last night, I discovered that my account had been banned for 10 years without any valid reason. I only play using the three-finger control setup, and I have never used an emulator or any external device. The ban notice stated, “You have recently violated game behavior rules,” but it did not specify what action led to the suspension. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue.
During gameplay, the only technical issue I’ve ever encountered was a Bluetooth connection problem—nothing else unusual. I play on the Europe–Turkey server, and I am requesting a review of my account and for the ban to be lifted, as I strongly believe it was applied unfairly.
I also ask that my in-game purchases and commitment to the game be taken into account, and I request that this unjust ban be removed and my access restored as soon as possible.
