Unable To Redeem What I Purchased On Hay Day
On July 9 at around 10:00 p.m., I purchased a Farm Pass in Hay Day using my Apple ID on my iPhone with iOS 17. The amount was successfully charged and I can see the completed purchase in my Apple account, with a receipt and a reference number ending in 415, but the Farm Pass still does not appear in my game. After the purchase I waited, restarted the game and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but I still cannot redeem or use the Farm Pass. Despite the confirmed payment, my account remains without access to the content I paid for. I request that the Farm Pass I purchased be activated on my Hay Day account as soon as possible, since the payment has already been taken and I am currently unable to benefit from the Farm Pass I paid for.
