Free Fire Account Hacked: Transfer Purchases & Progress
I have been playing Free Fire for several years and invested thousands in in‑game purchases on my account named “Gracie¿”. Almost two years ago, this account was hacked. The person who took over the account changed both the Google account password and the Gmail address linked to it, so I completely lost access and have not been able to log in since then. Since the hack, I have submitted several reports to Garena/Free Fire support, explaining that my account was stolen and that my login credentials and email were changed without my consent. Despite these multiple attempts, I have not received any response or assistance, and my problem remains unresolved after a very long time. My primary request now is that all my purchased items, skins and any other paid content, as well as my game progress from the hacked “Gracie¿” account, be transferred to my new Free Fire account, as I am no longer able to recover the old one. I kindly ask you to review my case, see the history of purchases and activity on the hacked account, and help me restore the value I paid for by transferring everything to my current account.
