I’m having serious trouble restoring my Hay Day account, which was at level 71. My farm was part of a neighborhood called “Sulamayın”, but I’m no longer in the neighborhood and can’t retrieve the account through the usual methods.
When I try to get help, the game refers me to Greg, but he doesn’t actually help with recovery. It keeps asking for my neighborhood name and tag, but how am I supposed to provide that if I’m not even in the neighborhood anymore?
This account meant a lot to me, and I’ve spent so much time and effort building it. I’m really frustrated and heartbroken right now.
