Hay Day Trading Not Working Market and Newspaper Empty

I have been enjoying playing Hay Day for a long time, but for the past 5 days, I have been experiencing a serious issue. I access the game both from my phone and through BlueStacks App Player. The in-game trading system has completely stopped working. I am unable to sell or purchase any items, and both the newspaper and market sections appear completely empty, with no transactions taking place.

I have not engaged in any prohibited activities, yet the trading system being blocked like this has completely ruined my gameplay experience.

So far, I have not been able to contact the Supercell support team through the game or any other channel. I request that this issue be investigated and that the trading/market access problem on my account be resolved as soon as possible.
