Hay Day Expansion Permits Missing—Can’t Use Them on My Farm

I received expansion permits in Hay Day, but when I try to expand my farm, they don’t appear! My profile clearly shows that I have 11 expansion permits, yet I have no idea where they are or how to use them. This is incredibly frustrating, as I worked hard to earn these permits, and now they seem completely useless. There’s no clear guidance on how to fix this, and I can’t find a solution in the game. Supercell, I need a fix for this immediately! Either restore my missing permits or explain exactly how to use them. Players shouldn’t have to struggle to access rewards they’ve already earned!
