Hay Day deleted my farm after the update, how can I get my old progress back?

First, reopen Hay Day, go to the Supercell ID login screen, and enter the email you used for your old farm.

A verification code will be sent—enter it to load your original progress. If your farm was tied to Google Play or Game Center, ensure you’re logged into the same account you used before the update.

If that doesn’t work, tap the gear icon in the game > Help and Support > Contact Us. Provide details such as your farm name, player tag (if known), farm level, last time you played, and any receipts for in-game purchases.

This info will help Supercell verify and restore your account. If you can’t access the game, use support.supercell.com and choose “Lost Farm” under Hay Day’s account section.

You can also email [email protected] directly. Use a working email and give detailed info about your lost farm. The support team usually responds quickly and can help recover your progress.
