Happn Complaint About Identity Theft and Fake Profiles

A fake profile has been created on the Happn app using my name and photos without my knowledge or consent. I have never used Happn and do not have an account on the platform. However, because of this fake profile, I have been receiving unwanted messages from different people on my Instagram account since last night. For example, I have received messages saying, “I found you on Happn,” as people contact me believing that I am the person featured in the fake profile.

Using my name and photos without my consent or knowledge violates my privacy and personal rights. I have already submitted a complaint via email, but I want this situation to be resolved immediately.

I request that Happn urgently identify and permanently remove the fake account created using my name and photos, delete my personal data, and conduct the necessary investigation and security checks to address this issue.
