Bumble Fake Profile Uses My Photos Without Permission

I discovered that a fake profile had been created on Bumble using my photos and Instagram account without my knowledge or consent after an Instagram user who knows me came across the profile and contacted me. Although I do not use Bumble myself, my name and photos are being used arbitrarily by third parties on the platform.

I do not accept the unauthorized use of my personal data and photographs in this manner, and I am experiencing significant distress and harm as a result. Furthermore, the fact that this fake account may be contacting people in my name could damage my reputation and potentially lead to legal consequences. I would also like to state that I reserve the right to file a criminal complaint with the public prosecutor's office if necessary.

I demand that Bumble urgently identify and permanently remove the fake profile using my photos and Instagram account. I also request that all available IP addresses, access logs, and other relevant account records concerning the individual or individuals who created the profile be preserved for submission to the competent legal authorities. Additionally, I ask that Bumble formally document in its internal systems that this account has absolutely no connection to me. Finally, I call on Bumble to establish a more effective verification and reporting mechanism to address cases of identity theft and unauthorized use of photographs.
