Can't Log In to Happn to Delete My Account

I can no longer access my Happn account, which I have been using for a long time. Every time I try to log in through the app, I receive an error message, and because I cannot access my account, I am unable to close it myself.

At my own request, and out of respect for someone important in my life, I have decided to permanently leave Happn and delete my account. However, since I cannot log in, I have no way to delete my account through the app or the account settings. I also tried contacting Happn Support, but I have not received any response.

I request that Happn help resolve my login issue so I can permanently delete my account. If restoring access is not possible, I ask Happn to permanently close my account on my behalf. I also authorize Happn to use the email address associated with my account to communicate with the team handling this complaint. I would appreciate having my account permanently deleted as soon as possible.
