In November 2023, I purchased a brand-new Hyundai i20 in Diyarbakır. On 22/09/2025, a bulge appeared on the front left Hankook Kinergy 2 K435 tire that originally came with the car. The vehicle has only 23,000 km, and this is the first time I have encountered such a problem. As someone who previously preferred Hankook and was satisfied, this situation has left me disappointed. My tire is still under warranty, and I have not yet applied to any service. I request that the tire be inspected, my grievance resolved, and the replacement carried out. It was decided that there was no manufacturing or workmanship defect in my tires. However, I must ask: all products sold at your Diyarbakır and Van branches have similar issues, and my vehicle has only 23,000 km, with no bends or accidents involving my rims. How can this be considered user error? The front left tire developed a bulge on the outside, and the front right tire developed a bulge on the inside.
