HalalBooking Refused to Honor Their Price-Match Guarantee — Paid $119 More

I made a reservation through the HalalBooking app for Ramada Wyndham Sakarya about a week in advance. Later, when I checked again on the same platform, I noticed that the same room was $119 cheaper.

Although HalalBooking claims to offer a price-match guarantee, I documented and shared this price difference, but they told me it only applies to bookings that can be canceled.

I feel that the company is using the word “Halal” to take advantage of people’s religious trust and emotions.
I’ve attached the screenshots showing both the amount I paid and the lower price I later saw.
