My friend swore by them, but they haven't lived up to the hype for me, for one thing, these vitamins are HUGE and hard to swallow, especially without food. Actually, taking them on an empty stomach made me feel unwell, frankly did see some hair growth, but nowhere near what they advertise. started breaking out, and apparently, the ingredients might be the culprit. I don’t want to be harsh but I don’t what they advertise is like miracle, I guess it’s not real. Looking for a refund since the Hairfinity vitamins fell short.
