Refund My Money Back Please

I am requesting an urgent refund for my Hailuo AI monthly subscription. I successfully unsubscribed from the service on 3 October 2026, but the automated refund process is not working and I have still been charged. The subscription is linked to my account with the email address “Aminata Morseray miatta M*** email.com”. I was charged a total of 273 LE for this subscription even though I cancelled it. I no longer wish to use the service, and since I cancelled the subscription, I do not accept this charge and want the full amount of 273 LE to be refunded. I kindly ask you to review my account and transaction history related to my Hailuo AI monthly plan, cancel any remaining charges and process a full refund of 273 LE as soon as possible.
