Hailuo AI Unauthorized Subscription Charge – Refund Request

I am writing to report an unauthorized charge associated with a Hailuo AI subscription, even though I have not used this application. On 18/07/2026 my BancoEstado bank account was charged 11,300 for an international purchase processed through Google. I did not authorize any subscription or purchase for Hailuo AI, and I have never used this service. Despite this, the amount was debited from my account. I tried to contact Hailuo AI but so far I have not received any response or solution regarding this situation. I consider this charge to be completely unjustified and unauthorized. I kindly request that this subscription be cancelled immediately, that my data not be used for any further charges, and that the full amount of 11,300 be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible.
