Today, on October 1, 2026, a 715 plan subscription for the Hailou app was automatically deducted through the Google Play Store without my permission or explicit confirmation. I did not authorize or knowingly approve this renewal, yet the amount was charged to my account. I request that this unauthorized subscription charge be fully refunded to me and that no further automatic deductions be made for this plan without my clear consent.
