Hailuo AI Charged Me for an Unwanted Subscription After Trial Purchase
I purchased a 3‑day Hailuo AI membership today, 05/14/2026, via the Google Play Store and paid 56 pesos, fully expecting that this would be the only charge. Despite this, I was incorrectly charged 585 pesos today, which was deducted from my GCash wallet linked to my Google Play account, even though I only signed up for the 3‑day membership and did not consent to any additional or recurring payments. The transaction appears under Transaction ID: 386616*** in my Google Play account. After noticing the problem, I contacted support and was told to reach out here instead, which has been both confusing and inconvenient, as I am simply trying to pay only for the 3‑day access I originally selected. I kindly request a full refund of the incorrect 585‑peso charge and cancellation of any unwanted or ongoing subscription linked to this transaction ID, so that I am only charged the 56 pesos for the 3‑day membership I agreed to. I also ask for written confirmation once this refund and cancellation have been processed.
